The Choicer Voicer Packs: Voice & Dub Downloads

The Choicer Voicer packs add audio prompts, Dub Mode scenes, contestants, judges, studios, or Twitch chatter. Start with the official YeahMaybe downloads or the live GameBanana catalog, then install one pack at a time with its original author and source attached.

Looking for The Choicer Voicer packs? Start with the source that matches the job. YeahMaybe’s Packs & References provides first-party starter material, the official Dub Packs page provides separate ready-made downloads for version 0.5 or later, and GameBanana Voice Packs is the live community catalog. Keep every author’s folder, readme, and credit intact, and install one pack at a time.

The official Dub Packs page was checked on August 28, 2026; it says each pack is downloaded separately and can be used as a voice or Dub pack in version 0.5 or later. Use the Dub pack maker and editor guide for video, timestamps, and the in-game metadata workflow. The streamer packs index is for source trails attached to creator-themed material, not a mirror of the media.

Know which pack type you need

“Pack” is a broad word in The Choicer Voicer. A normal voice pack supplies imitation prompts; it does not automatically change the contestant, judge, studio, Twitch presentation, or Dub Mode video. Downloads that bundle several kinds of content should clearly explain each part.

Pack typeWhat it changes
Voice packAudio lines used as imitation prompts
Contestant packThe playable contestant presentation
Judge packThe judge and judgment content
Studio packThe game-show environment
Chatter packTwitch-oriented chat presentation
Dub packVideo scenes, timing, and related dubbing content

Choose material that your group recognizes. A focused pack with clear, consistent clips is often more useful than a huge archive of unfamiliar lines. Check for a content description or warning before putting a pack into a shared party session.

Where to find Choicer Voicer packs

For normal voice packs, YeahMaybe’s Packs & References page provides first-party reference material and starter content. The official voice pack guide documents the expected format.

GameBanana’s current Choicer Voicer Voice Packs category is a community catalog with author pages, dates, comments, and individual downloads. The broader Choicer Voicer game hub separates Mods, Sounds, tools, questions, and other resources. Community catalogs help you discover content, but the uploader—not the catalog or this site—remains responsible for each file. Read the original page rather than downloading a repost without provenance.

For every community archive, check:

  • the named author and original page;
  • the upload or update date and any game-version note;
  • a readme, credits, and content description;
  • the expected media and metadata rather than an unexplained executable;
  • comments that mention a current compatibility problem.

How to install Choicer Voicer packs

First launch the unmodified official game and complete a default recording. That proves the game, microphone, and playback route are working. Download custom content to a separate staging folder, scan the archive, and inspect its top-level structure before copying it into the game.

The game provides a shortcut for opening its files. Use that shortcut instead of guessing where an itch.io download was saved or where Windows stores user data. The official voice and Dub documentation places both of those pack types under packs_voice. Preserve the complete folder supplied by the author; do not flatten every audio and metadata file into a shared directory.

Contestant, judge, studio, or chatter packUse the matching current official content guide and its in-game folder shortcut
Mixed archiveSeparate and document each content type; do not assume every folder belongs in packs_voice

The table deliberately does not invent directory names for every content type. Early-access formats can change, and the creator’s current readme plus YeahMaybe’s matching guide should take priority over an old tutorial or a copied folder tree.

  1. Identify the pack type from its source page and readme.
  2. Compare its structure with the current official guide.
  3. Keep the original archive outside the game as a backup.
  4. Copy the complete pack folder into the documented content location.
  5. Restart the game, select the pack, and test one prompt plus playback.
  6. Record the pack name, author, source URL, and installation date.

For a group session, make sure every person using the same local setup can see and hear the pack before starting a scored round. The unofficial online co-op mod has stricter requirements: all connected players need matching pack contents and the same mod build. See the multiplayer guide before treating a pack as network-ready.

Fix a pack that does not appear

A missing pack is often one folder too deep after extraction, placed under the wrong content type, missing required metadata, or written for a different game version. Compare it with a known-good pack and the official guide instead of randomly renaming files.

If the game stops launching or a menu breaks, remove only the newest pack and repeat the clean baseline. If a pack appears but remains silent, check that extraction completed, media filenames match its metadata, and the archive did not create a nested duplicate folder.

Never let a community installer overwrite a large part of the base game without clear instructions and a backup. Supported custom content should be removable without destroying the original download.

Build a manageable collection

Add packs in small batches and keep an inventory. After a major game update, consult the official content guide again: old audio may still work while folder or metadata rules have changed. Preserve original archives so you can return to the creator’s version rather than repeatedly editing the only copy.

For discovery, store metadata instead of copied media: pack title, author, pack type, supported game version, original URL, update date, and any streamer or meme relationship stated by the source. That is the model used by the streamer packs index. It keeps attribution and compatibility visible without mirroring copyrighted clips or the paid game.
