The Choicer Voicer Voice Packs: Download and Install

Find Choicer Voicer voice and dub packs from official and community sources, compare pack types, and install one archive at a time safely.

Choicer Voicer voice packs add themed audio prompts for players to hear and imitate. Start with YeahMaybe’s official pack references, then use GameBanana or a community catalog for a wider selection. Keep every author’s folder, readme, and credit intact, and install one pack at a time.

Know which pack type you need

“Pack” is a broad word in The Choicer Voicer. A normal voice pack supplies imitation prompts; it does not automatically change the contestant, judge, studio, Twitch presentation, or Dub Mode video. Downloads that bundle several kinds of content should clearly explain each part.

Pack typeWhat it changes
Voice packAudio lines used as imitation prompts
Contestant packThe playable contestant presentation
Judge packThe judge and judgment content
Studio packThe game-show environment
Chatter packTwitch-oriented chat presentation
Dub packVideo scenes, timing, and related dubbing content

Choose material that your group recognizes. A focused pack with clear, consistent clips is often more useful than a huge archive of unfamiliar lines. Check for a content description or warning before putting a pack into a shared party session.

Where to find Choicer Voicer packs

The best starting point is YeahMaybe’s Packs & References page, which provides first-party reference material and starter content. The official voice pack guide documents the expected format.

GameBanana’s Choicer Voicer voice-pack category is a community catalog with author pages, dates, comments, and individual downloads. Community catalogs help you discover content, but the uploader—not the catalog or this site—remains responsible for each pack. Read the original page rather than downloading a repost without provenance.

For every community archive, check:

  • the named author and original page;
  • the upload or update date and any game-version note;
  • a readme, credits, and content description;
  • the expected media and metadata rather than an unexplained executable;
  • comments that mention a current compatibility problem.

Install a voice pack with a rollback path

First launch the unmodified official game and complete a default recording. That proves the game, microphone, and playback route are working. Download custom content to a separate staging folder, scan the archive, and inspect its top-level structure before copying it into the game.

The game provides a shortcut for opening its files. Standard voice content belongs under the documented packs_voice location. Preserve the complete folder supplied by the author; do not flatten every audio and metadata file into a shared directory.

  1. Identify the pack type from its source page and readme.
  2. Compare its structure with the current official guide.
  3. Keep the original archive outside the game as a backup.
  4. Copy the complete pack folder into the documented content location.
  5. Restart the game, select the pack, and test one prompt plus playback.
  6. Record the pack name, author, source URL, and installation date.

Fix a pack that does not appear

A missing pack is often one folder too deep after extraction, placed under the wrong content type, missing required metadata, or written for a different game version. Compare it with a known-good pack and the official guide instead of randomly renaming files.

If the game stops launching or a menu breaks, remove only the newest pack and repeat the clean baseline. If a pack appears but remains silent, check that extraction completed, media filenames match its metadata, and the archive did not create a nested duplicate folder.

Never let a community installer overwrite a large part of the base game without clear instructions and a backup. Supported custom content should be removable without destroying the original download.

Build a manageable collection

Add packs in small batches and keep an inventory. After a major game update, consult the official content guide again: old audio may still work while folder or metadata rules have changed. Preserve original archives so you can return to the creator’s version rather than repeatedly editing the only copy.
